The SUPilates classes are starting again this summer at SUP Skool Leeuwarden!
Your core, strength, balance and breathing technique are improving by exercising Pilates on your SUP board. It is a very relaxing activity on the water, in the fresh open air. If you want to prevent injuries or reduce back pain, SUPilates is also very much recommended.
Location: City Beach Leeuwarden (Leeuwarder Courant, Potmarge)
Time: 7.00 PM – 8.15 PM
We start each class with a warming up and a short SUP Tour. After this, we will do SUPilates exercises for approximately 30 minutes and we end with a tour back to the City Beach.
